Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Dhiginina Uniforms and Corporate Clothing CC, we take pride in the quality and workmanship of our products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have outlined our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery and it should be wrongly supplied at the fault of our staff
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made or embroidered items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied at the fault of our staff
- Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
- No refunds will be given for custom-made garments unless the error is on our side (e.g. wrong color, incorrect logo, size mismatch based on order).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- For ready-made items, cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
- For custom-made or bulk orders, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation. After this, production may have already started, and the order may not be cancelled or refunded.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide photos and a description of the issue.
- We will repair, replace the item at no additional cost to you. No refund for such cases.
